Danielle Evans is a rising Pop-Contemporary Christian artist based from Niles Michigan. From starting music at a young age she instantly knew music was her calling and passion. She began picking up various instruments in her teenage years and learning to properly record in her home studio and has learned so much since then.

Originally from Dowagiac but now based in Niles Michigan

How long have you been making music?
Danielle has been professionally making music for four years

What genre would you consider your music to be?
Pop-Contemporary, CCM

What inspired you to pursue a career in music?
Music was always a safe place for Danielle and she’s been singing since she was a little kid. But it was her way of coping through her mental health struggles especially during her high school days. It was the one thing that she knew she could lean on when it felt like I couldn’t fight anymore.

What are your biggest musical influences?
Her biggest influencers are Adele, Niall Horan, Cimorelli, Ed Sheeran, Lewis Capaldi. Any big well known star she’s looked up to them and their songwriting and producing is magnificent.

Are you signed to a label or are you an independent artist?
Fully Independent! She handles everything on her own!

What have been the biggest challenges in your music career?
Like previously said, doing everything on her own, from start to finish. It’s never ending and at times she’s felt like she could do better when seeing everyone else doing the things she’s trying to achieve. It’s a long mental battle in her head but she know deep down no matter what, she’ll get there someday. It all just takes time

How many songs or albums have you released to date?
Danielle has released 2 EP’s “Simply Me” (November 2019) & “Bruised” (May 2020) but she’s releasing her Debut Album “Breakthrough” in late August!

Can you tell us a few things about your latest release?
One More Day was written by Evans, This song is openly about Depression and mental health, throughout the struggles finding the light in making it one more day.

Any plans for new music or upcoming projects we should know about?
One More Day will be released July 22nd on all platforms but is available for Pre-Save now, as well as her Debut Album Breakthrough coming in August.
