Inside My Head’ was written by Ben collaborating with sound engineer Alex Edge, who helped to record, mix and master the song while we endured another lockdown due to Covid-19. The song is a powerful, upbeat and anthemic track that talks about how Ben sees the current world, where he describes it as “a toxic place” due to bad things that happen repeatedly on the news, making it seem like a dull and grey place. During the chorus of the song, Ben explains what his ideal world looks like and through the bridge of the song, he wants you, the listener to experience and see the world that Ben has created. It is wonderfully uplifting!
