I have to mention both things my single 1st which I’m currently putting a lot of energy behind. “Drinking & Thinking” co-produced with legendary southern pioneer of all things Hip Hop DJ Ice Mike 1200 featuring the Multi talented writer/singer/rapper/producer Rico Love. My latest release is an actual EP titled “The New Normal”. While we were all experiencing the 2020 lock-down quarantine for Covid-19 (Corona Virus) I wanted to give a relevant soundtrack to the times. So like everybody else i was making essential runs and scrolling social media constantly.Outside of Music I’m a writer and reader and paying attention to people people is really an interesting to do. So I put all those elements together and began a narration of sorts. Studying people during the pandemic and give something relatable everyone can feel! Not focusing on hit records nothing catchy or trendy, but subject matter relatable to anyone and something each and everyone of us experienced. also make sure you look into a single & video I’m featured on along with X-It Only titled “Rhyme Animal” released by my hometown New Orleans homie Slick Dubble.
Any plans for new music or upcoming projects we should know about?
Yes my New Album/Playlist Winning Season! I’m excited about this project! Its a 24 track project with 8 different track makers flavor added to it. (my self included). The only features on the project are vocalist; singers. Male & female. i wanted to give an album with a playlist feel to encompass the emotions of winning & losing. So this project will definitely be an emotional roller coaster with all types of energy. Its in the post production stages now and Lord say the same the release will be early to mid fall. Its a few more things I’m getting in order that coincides with the release but I’m excited about it.
