Endless Summer Serenade EP marks a significant return for The New Citizen Kane, nearly a decade since his last
release. The past few years have been a transformative journey for Kane, with the trials of the pandemic leading to
profound personal and artistic growth. The lockdowns prompted a deep introspection and a renewed focus on honing his production skills and maturing his voice. This EP, inspired by a new chapter in his life, including meeting his partner and getting married in 2023, showcases a departure from previous stylistic constraints. Instead, Kane embraces a variety of genres and authentic, relatable songwriting. The EP’s five tracks capture the joyous, warm feelings of his new relationship and evoke the essence of summer. The forthcoming album, Morpheus, will continue this exploration, with the title track reflecting on Kane’s childhood. A ReMixed EP, featuring remixes of all tracks, will also be released, adding another layer to this reflective and eclectic project – certainly not one to miss out on.
