What inspired you to pursue a career in music?
I started to hear the connection to God and spirit through music at around age 15 and 16 and realized that it was my destiny to live a life in music.

What are your biggest musical influences?
Beautiful kind gentle music of all types has been a huge influence for me. Also great jazz rock and fusion artists like John McLaughlin, YES, Chick Corea, McCoy Tyner, etc.

Are you signed to a label or are you an independent artist?
I’ve been on a few lables in the past but these days I stay on my own label, Round Sky Music.

What have been the biggest challenges in your music career?
Staying positive through the inevitable hard fallow times when your career feels stuck in neutral.

How many songs or albums have you released to date?
About 33 albums and over 400 tracks.

Can you tell us a few things about your latest release?
Shanti Noel is a 14-song Christmas album full of ambient new age holiday cheer! It radiates fresh takes on holiday favorites, designed to keep the season joyful, peaceful, and serene. O Holy Night is made from over 100 tracks which include vocals, Indian tablas, and more. This song will envelop your holiday season with unconditional love and innocent joy. God Rest Ye Merry Gentleman begins with layered a cappella vocals, and it unfolds over a lush and dreamy soundscape which is both festive and fun.

Any plans for new music or upcoming projects we should know about?
I’m working on Gratitude Joy 3 with two amazing Indian musicians. It’s coming out in the Spring of 2024. 💕
